Case Report: Adult Pure Yolk Sac Tumor of the Testis

چکیده

Yolk sac tumor is a non-seminomatous testicular germ cell rarely found in adults. It an extra-embryonic differentiated tumor. reproduces structures evocative of the yolk humans. We report clinical case 37-year-old patient, with no previous history, who followed up for left testicle revealed by increase size and induration testicle. The orchiectomy, performed through inguinal approach, allowed us to retain diagnosis pure on anatomical immunohistochemical examination. evolution was marked during surveillance relapse requiring systemic treatment.
